Former President James Carter was delivered today by the end of U.S. blockade against Cuba and the release of the five anti-terrorists imprisoned for more than 12 years in U.S. prisons. At a press conference at the Palace of Conventions in this capital, before ending his visit to the island, Carter called for the elimination of the Helms-Burton, text encoding the economic siege, commercial and financial Washington. Later, he met behind closed doors for just over an hour with Cardinal Jaime Ortega, Archbishop of Havana.
